Location extension phone number is not updating when call extension phone number is changed

On the fresh deployment of the account the location extension optional phone number field is updated with call extension phone number. When the Call Extension phone number is changed and redeployed then the location extension phone number is not updated with new call extension phone number.

Steps to reproduce

Step 1: Deploy an account with call extension number say 01924441421.
Step 2: Check in the adwords for Location extension the optional phone number is updated with the call extension phone number(01924441421).
Step 3: Change the Call extension phone number say 07521043914.
Step 4: Redeploy the account.
Step 5: Check the adwords for location extension optional phone number.

Actual result : The Call extension phone number is updated to new number (ie 07521043914)but the optional phone number of location extension doesn't get update with new call extension phone number.

Expected result : The Location extension phone number should get updated with new call extension phone number.
