Throwing Exception on updating Ad Extension

When we are updating a call/location extension and if RateExceeded Error occurs then its throwing following exception.

Steps to replicate

Step 1: Create an account with ad extension.
Step 2: Verify the tables related to ad extension.
Step 3: Update the Call/Location field.
Step 4: Verify the tables related to ad extension.
Step 5: Check the listener log.[Throws following exception when retired with RateExceded error]
