Description
When we create an account then the mobile bid modifier is not setting in the google adwords.
Step to replicate
Step 1: Deploy an account.
Step 2: Verify the mobile bid modifier in google adwords.
Actual result:
Mobile bid modifier is not set for mobile devices.
Expected result:
Mobile bid modifier should set for mobile devices.
