Filter keywords with '&' character, strip them off for Bing accounts

            Description

            Bing assumes two keywords 'a b' and 'a & b' with the same match type, as the same keyword, and will fail the creation of one if the other is already created.

            These keywords - ones with '&' - should be removed from the list before calling the Bing API.
