      Description

There is no redirection rule added for the SEM pages in .htaccess after cancelling the AdvertID having SAID(which is not primary locationID)

      Steps to reproduce

      1. Deploy a SiteGen request having two line items
      BFID:1000000428
      SAID:175
      Satus:PAUSED

      BFID:1000000428
      SAID:733
      Satus:PAUSED

      2. Site will get generated for the request which has 175 i.e, Campbeltown as a Primary LocationID.

Check the site in Jboss (inside jail /var/www/sites/www.<bpid>.com)

As 175 is the primarylocationID SEO and SEM pages were created for SAID 175 (locksmithscampbeltown.html & sem-locksmithscampbeltown.html)

SEM page is created for SAID 733 (sem-locksmithsreading.html)

      3. Redeploy the SiteGen request by sending CANCELLED status for line item 2
      BFID:1000000428
      SAID:175
      Satus:PAUSED

      BFID:1000000428
      SAID:733
      Satus:CANCELLED

Actual behavior: SEM page of SAID 733(sem-locksmithsreading.html) get deleted and no redirection rule is added in .htaccess

Expected behavior:SEM page of SAID 733(sem-locksmithsreading.html) should be deleted and redirection rule should be added in .htaccess

NOTE: This is an existing behavior currently in production
