On redeployment of an account, update functionality of location extension is triggering.

When we redeploy an account without any changes in the location extension then the update functionality is triggered for location extension and gets updated.

Steps to reproduce.

Step 1: Create an account.
Step 2: Redeploy and watch the listener log.

Actual result : Update Location extension is getting called on redeployment.

Expected Result : Update functionality should be called only if there is a change in the address.
