While redeploy Adextension feature is not getting updated when status of campaign sent as LIVE

While redeploy when we send the campaign with LIVE status then it won’t update the Adextensions(call & location) feature.

Steps to reproduce
1.Create an account with 2 campaigns with paused status [Usually we create account with paused status in test environment] and same phone number.
2.Phone number is updated in Google Adwords
3.Redeploy an account by making one of the campaign status to LIVE & change the phone number and address.

Actual result:After redeploy campaign status has been changed to Pause to Live but phone number and address is not updated.

Expected result: After redeploy phone number and address should be updated.
