            Description

            When we send the update request as CANCELLED for bing campaign then the campaign status is Deleted in database but the campaigns are not deleting in Ad Center.

            Steps to Reproduce.

            Step 1: Create an account say BingStatus with campaigns name as BingStatus01 and status as PAUSED/LIVE.
            Step 2: Send update request as CANCELLED.

            Actual Result:

            Status is set to Deleted in database but in ad center campaigns are not deleted and remains in PAUSED/LIVE state.

            Expected Result

            Should deleted from ad center.
