Description
When we execute BingMigratorPhase2 script then its not adding proximity in Adcenter and throws error.
Script used:
sh BingMigratorPhase2.sh 1 23193-23193

Actual behavior: Getting error after running the BingMigratorPhase2 script.
Expected behavior: proximity should be added to Bing Adcenter after running BingMigratorPhase2 script.
