location-target remover script is not working for bing

When we execute BingMigratorPhase2 script then its not adding proximity in Adcenter and throws error.

Script used:
sh BingMigratorPhase2.sh 1 23193-23193

Observation
When we remove location target manually from adcenter without using location-target-remover script then BingMigratorPhase2 will work fine.

So, there is an issue with location-target-remover script for bing.
