Description
When we ran MigrationPhase2 script then lastmodified is not updating in point_radius_migration table after successful migration.
Steps to reproduce
1. Run phase1 script then point_radius_migration table is populated with lastModified as current time.
2. Run the phase2 script.
Expected result: After successful migration lastModified column should be updated.
Actual result: After successful migration lastModified column is not getting updated.
