On redeploy phone number(call extension) is not updating for GT campaings

Phone number for GT campaings is not updating after redploying by changing the phone number.

Steps to reproduce
Deploy an account with Phone number.
Redeploy account by changing the phone number.

Expected result: Phone number should be changed for both GM and GT campaign in Adwords.

Actual Result: Updated Phone number is changing for only GM campaign and not for GT campaign in Adwords.

Note: Phone number is properly updated in call extension table for GM and GT campaigns and in listener log its says Updated phone number for both GM and GT campaigns.
