Description
When we redeploy an account with cancelled state then text ad pending changes table is not clearing.
Steps to Reproduce
Step 1: Deploy an account.
Step 2: Redeploy with CANCELLED status.
Or
Step 1: Deploy an account.
Step 2: Update request with CANCELLED status.
Step 3: Redeploy the account with CANCELLED status.
