Post biling system migration, we need to use 16 digit billingAccountIDs in the ce.orderID field in contentEditor properties.
Replace <ns2:billingAccountId>6313227170</ns2:billingAccountId> to <ns2:billingAccountId>5073-3780-8501-2829</ns2:billingAccountId> (ensure hyphens stay)
