Old textads are not deleting in adcenter on changing display URL

When we update the display url then the textads should recreate. With new build the textads are deleted and created new on in database but in adcenter it contains both old and new textads.

This scenario has been verified in production build and it works fine.

Steps to reproduce.

1. Deploy an account.
2. Update the destination/display URL.
3. Redeploy the account.

Expected result: Should delete the old testads and add new one.

Actual result: Doesn't delete the old textads and add new one.
