Description
When we change the status of a line item from paused/active to cancelled for the first redeployment then it deletes the campaign from adcenter successfully but it tries to add text ads for the already deleted campaign and ends up with CampaignServiceInvalidCampaignStatus error and Successive redeployment Fails because of error during update. Recreating of text ads on first redeployment is an existing issue.
This issue is present in production build.
