Budget cap set for Google's distribution overrides any budget cap set for Bing's distribution. The nominal budget (average) £360 that is set on a daily basis does not comply with the actual budget set (average) £1550. The actual budget set should be <= nominal budget set as the budget cap for Bing was changed to 1 on 23rd of August, 2013
