Description
When we run seupdate for cancelled campaign then its throwing CampaignServiceInvalidCampaignId exception.
Steps to reproduce.
Step 1: Deploy an account.
Step 2: Run seupdate.
Step 3: Cancel the campaign.
Step 4: Run seupdate.
