as a tsa analyst, i want to know which accounts and which orders have had keywords customized so that I can analyze performance per the internal CSV files

            Description

            Account Level Order Data (or Account Level Carryover Data which might be more poignant) report to include Y/N customization column. For example, Day 1 of Order flag=N, Day 2 user customizes ads and flag =Y, Day 3 user reverts account back to system ads and flag = N. Needs to refer to Deployment date (AML-2173) to properly have the right entries if the reports are rerun so that they don't merely just flag per the current status.

            Need to know:
            when customization occurred as well as reset back to system-generated keywords, if applicable.
            who performed customization (based on login)
