            Description

            The performance data is being pulled from PerformanceSummaryTable. A patch was
            made to have it only pull from DailyPerformanceSummary, which sped thingsup
            dramatically. This means either the merge table indexes aren't efficient (or
            correct), and/or we just need to be apply table selection logic to the query.

            Oh yeah, and get rid of the temp table.
