            Description

            The sources table is filled with near-duplicate entries where there should only
            be a single. This is due to the hopefully corrected problem of the pixel
            tracker / summarizers missing cases and not using similar logic.

            The duplicate sources have caused inconsistency in the database, requiring more
            complicated and inefficent queries to compensate.
