Description
When an order is redeployed for an account then for textads its throwing Null Pointer Exception, but the textads are created in DB.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Login to reseller UI.
2. Create a merchant.
3. Place the order for the merchant.
4. Observe the listener log.
5. Redeploy an order for the merchant with new campaign.
6. Observe the Listener log.
