Subscriber user can "End Contract" immediately with merchant

            Description

            When user clicks the End Contract button from a Deployed order they are offered two choices regarding the status of the SE campaigns:
            Stop Spending (campaigns are set to Paused)
            Spend Out (campaigns remain Active)

            This user story is strictly the UI presenting these choices and persisting the user's selection. Implementation downstream is a separate story.
