Incorrect Quote Range value is shown after adding multiple campaigns

Incorrect Quote Range value is shown after adding multiple campaigns - the quote range value displays value is newly added BA/BL to the existing.

Steps:

1.Create a merchant and navigate to Create Order page.

2.Add BA/BL (Steel Fabrication/California) and Quote range gets updated - displays value as "1-3358.70"

2.Now add another BA/BL (Steel Fabrication/Washington) to the existing.

Actual Result:

Here the quote range actually gets reduced "2-495.33" which actually the quote range of newly added BA/BL.

Expected result:

Quote range value should be updated correctly if we adding multiple campaigns.
