The following information must be completed before the Order can be requested for deployment:
Search engines require a valid (live) Primary Destination URL. This is the webpage that is viewed after clicking on a search engine ad. It is strongly recommended that the user click on the test URL link below this field to verify that the URL is live. The URL is not required to save the Order as a Quote.
To select Business Activities and Locations, click the + icon on the upper right hand corner of its container. To remove Business Activities and Locations, click the ''x'' beside the level to be deleted. If Unsellable combinations are displayed, they must be deleted before the Order can be deployed. The Quote Range represents the minimum and maximum possibilities for the Merchant's Monthly Budget and includes the subscriber's mark-up. At least one Business Activity + Location pair must be selected before saving the Order as a Quote.
The amount entered in Monthly Budget field is the monthly amount the merchant is willing to spend on search engine advertising. This amount must be within the displayed Quote Range. The Monthly Budget is not required to save the Order as a Quote.
The final step in completing the Order before requesting deployment is verifying that Merchant funding is approved. This requires checking with the subscriber's billing system, external to this application. This step is not required to save the Order as a Quote.
Clicking the Request Deployment button will put the Order in a Processing state, noted on the top of the page. After the Order is processed, the Status field will change to Deployed. Alternatively, if the Order is saved, a Status field of Quote is displayed at the top of the page.
An Order may be scheduled to deploy automatically at a future start date by going to the Scheduled Start Date section. After the order is processed, the Status field will change to Scheduled until the date it is Deployed. An Order may also be scheduled to terminate automatically at a future end date by going to the Scheduled End Date section.
Ads may be changed by clicking the ""Edit Ads"" button. Keywords may be added or removed by clicking the ''Edit Keywords'' button.
To improve the merchant's online marketing performance, it is best practice to complete the Call and Location Extension sections.
