Description
When user chooses to schedule End Date with the merchant they are offered two choices regarding the status of the SE campaigns:
Stop Spending (Pause all campaigns)
Spend Out (keep all campaigns Active)
This user story is strictly the UI presenting these choices and persisting the user's selection. Implementation downstream is a separate story.
