            Description

            Bidding parameters should be configurable by merchant and for each network so that Google may have different parameters than Bing for a specific merchant.

            Parameters include:
            Default Bid, MaxBid, MinBid, BounceBidAdjustment, maxLow/HighSpendBudgetBidAdjustment, defaultBidAdjustment, BidAdjustmentThreshold

            This is a separate story so that it can be estimated and prioritized separately from "configure by realm" story.
