Content Editor properties should be required by groovy script

Currently the setupResellerPropertyOverrides.groovy script allows content editor properties to be skipped. These are all required based on the distribution. The script should require that entries be provided for each property.

Phej recently found a problem where dev was missing one of the properties causing deployment failures.
